For the second time, a makir release of WordPress comes with a huge bug. Last one was the publishing date, now, in version 2.6, a big problem with permalinks. If you have index.php in your permalinks structure, it won’t work anymore. You will be able to see only the homepage. All other pages and posts and categories and tags are gone.
No solutions, just workaround. The simplest here.
