Ho appena letto L’arte del negoziato, un libro interessante su un argomento che può essere applicato ovunque. Ne farei un libro di testo a scuola e lo distribuirei ai novelli sposi insieme al vangelo. Gli autori lavorano all’Harvard Negotiation Project.
