The highway A2 was closed last week because of landfall. It’s just north from the Gotthard tunnel, so Switzerland (end Europe) is divided. Some expert told that the A2 is a national route, with lot of money coming to local autorities (canton Uri), so it’s weird that now there are so many problems.
Norman Gobbi is asking to the Ticino autorities what is the truth. It is quite known that autorities of canton Uri close the highway very (too?) easily.
